Short distances to the trade fair
If you want to be at your stand quickly in the morning, the north of Düsseldorf is a good choice. Hotels in Stockum and Golzheim are particularly close to the exhibition grounds. During major trade fairs, however, rooms here are booked up quickly.
Stay centrally, travel directly to the fair
Ideal if you are planning client meetings or a dinner together after the fair closes. Here you'll find a larger choice of hotels, plenty of restaurants and, with the U78, a direct connection from the main station to the trade fair.
Good alternatives when demand is high
When hotels near the exhibition centre become scarce or expensive, it's worth looking at the surrounding area. In Ratingen, Neuss and at the airport, we find further hotel options and take the journey to the trade fair into account when selecting them.

The world's leading trade fairs wire and Tube take place in parallel and bring around 1,500 exhibitors to Düsseldorf. In 2028 they run at the same time as bauma in Munich. Many mechanical engineering exhibitors will then be planning two trade fairs at once – and we take care of the hotels for both.

The closest hotels are in Stockum and Golzheim, right next to the exhibition grounds in the north of the city. You'll have more choice in the Old Town and city centre, from where the U78 runs directly to the trade fair. When Düsseldorf is fully booked, Ratingen, Neuss and the airport hotels are good alternatives.
The U78 takes you directly from the main station to the trade fair. When selecting hotels, we make sure your team gets to the stand with short distances and few changes.
