Since you receive at least three comparably prepared hotel offers from us, you can review prices and services side by side. You sign the contract directly with the hotel, where all terms are transparently documented.
Your request to us is non-binding. The agreed terms only apply once you sign the contract directly with the hotel.
So that you know in advance how flexible you remain, we also review and negotiate the cancellation and amendment policies. If the date or number of participants changes before booking, we realign your request with the hotels accordingly.
A hotel portal only gives you a list. Sending requests, collecting offers, following up and negotiating remain your job.
